PURPOSE: A voltage supplying circuit is provided to stably control the voltage level of operation voltage by controlling a high voltage part which is not controlled by a regulator. CONSTITUTION: An oscillator(100) generates first and second clock signals through an enable signal. The first and second clock signals are precharged at a capacitor and are transmitted to a pump(200). The pump pumps the voltage by using the first and second clock signals to output an output voltage. A regulator(300) outputs an enable signal controlling the operation of the oscillator. A clamping portion(400) clamps a higher voltage part than set voltage at the output voltage. |
