CONSTITUTION: A cooling roll having a bidirectional cooling structure comprises a cooling water supply line(40) and a cooling water return line(50). The cooling water supply line supplies cooling water from one side to the other side. The cooling water return line supplies the cooling water from one side of a cooling roller to the other side. |
