PURPOSE: A controller and an emergency generation system including the same are provided to monitor a digitally converted signal by storing the digitally converted signal. CONSTITUTION: An ADC(104) receives an analog signal from at least one sensor installed in an engine of an emergency generation device. The ADC converts the received analog signal into a digital signal. A CPU(101) processes the signal received from the ADC. A memory unit(102) stores information processed by the CPU and includes a plurality of RAMs or ROMs. The CPU is programmed through JTAG. The CPU calculates the number of the rotations of the engine.
