PURPOSE: An individual geothermal heating and cooling system in an apartment house is provided to individually adjust the cooling and heating of each household by the installation of a geothermal heat pump on each household of an apartment house. CONSTITUTION: An individual geothermal heating and cooling system in an apartment house comprises an individual heat pump and a geothermal heat exchanger(100). The individual heat pump is installed on each household for heating and cooling. The geothermal heat exchanger exchanges the heat of cold/hot water, circulating in the individual heat pump, with geothermal heat. The geothermal heat exchanger comprises a ground heat exchanger(110) and a geothermal heat pump(140). The ground heat exchanger is installed underground.
