PURPOSE: A device for reducing time required for measuring tire failures is provided to remarkably reduce measuring time by completing failure detection of both side wheels and threads. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing time required for measuring tire failures comprises a vacuum chamber(1) and a non-destructive measuring unit. The non-destructive measuring unit detects the failure of a tire put into the vacuum chamber. A rotation drive unit and a position change unit are formed in the vacuum chamber. Multiple bars are radially protruded from the rotation drive unit in order to rotate the tire. The position change unit changes the position of the bars or the tire in order to photograph the tire.
