PURPOSE: A ferrite stainless steel having a corrosion-resisting layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the input amount of nickel by guiding the modification of a surface part corresponding to austenitic stainless steel or nickel-based high corrosion resistance alloy. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite stainless steel having a corrosion-resisting layer comprises a raw material(120) and a corrosion resistant layer(140). The raw material is composed of ferrite-based stainless. The corrosion resistant layer is formed on the exterior of the raw material. The nickel plating layer plated on the exterior of the raw material is expanded by the heat to form the corrosion resistant layer. The corrosion resistant layer comprises nickel. The corrosion resistant layer comprises nickel 0.08~4.6 weight%.
