NOVEL RADIO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR BEST-EFFORT SERVICE IN OFDMA SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: A novel radio resource managing method for a best-effort service in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system is provided to use frequency selectivity and multi-user diversity gain by comparing a system stopping possibility based on a band and output allocating method and a sub-channel allocation method. CONSTITUTION: A band and an output are allocated. Based on the allocated band and output, a sub-channel is allocated. While the band and the output are allocated, identical transmitting power to each user is allocated, and a band for satisfying an output threshold signal-to-noise-ratio value is acquired for each user based on the transmitting power. The band is standardized.
