<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting element, a method for manufacturing the same, and a light emitting package are provided to improve light extracting efficiency by efficiently regulating the flow of currents. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(110) is formed on a substrate(105). The light emitting structure includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(112), an active layer(114), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(116). A first region(121) with a first concentration is formed on one region of the second conductive semiconductor layer. A second region(122) with a second concentration is formed on the other region of the second conductive semiconductor layer.</p> |
