PURPOSE: A solar cell, a method thereof, and a system thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing a manufacturing process after forming a P-N junction by diffusing the impurity of an insulating layer to a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive substrate(100) is prepared. An insulating layer(102), which contains a second conductive impurity, is formed on the substrate. A second conductive impurity region(104) is formed by diffusing the second conductive impurity of the insulating layer to the substrate. A front electrode(110), which is contacted with the impurity region, is formed in the front side of the substrate. A rear electrode is contacted with the substrate in the rear side of the substrate.
