摘要

PURPOSE: A simulation method for simulated moving bed chromatographic process is provided to obtain quick and accurate simulated return value by approaching extra-column dead volume by a systematic and integrated method. CONSTITUTION: A simulation method for simulated moving bed chromatographic process using partial differential equation comprises a step for obtaining answer of a partial differential equation using an extended node model containing extended node model at an extra-column dead volume.
