PURPOSE: A web-based integration control system using a plurality of new renewable energy as a power source and a method thereof are provided to realize multi connection, thereby managing the building conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An external interface unit(431) interfaces with a data collecting unit. A bus control unit(44) controls an external bus connecting with a protocol converting unit. An insulating DC(Direct Current)/DC converter(481) supplies the power to an external bus. A non-insulating DC/DC converter(482) supplies power to the element inside the protocol converting device. A main control unit(410) controls the elements within the protocol converting device. The main control unit converts protocol of an input data through an external interface unit.
