PURPOSE: A security system, a control server and a terminal having a priority monitoring function are provided to prevent accidents by monitoring priority monitoring area such as underground parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A control server(300) receives a plurality of camera images. Terminals(5001~500m) are connected to the control server. The terminal includes a priority monitoring button. If the monitoring button of the terminal is inputted, the control server selects one or more camera images for priority monitoring target. The control server displays the selected camera images as described above in the monitors(4001~400k).
