PURPOSE: A cooling-heating apparatus for monorail-car with the structure, capable of air volume control without an inverter, is provided to reduce noise and vibration by reducing the entire size of a cooling-heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling-heating apparatus for monorail-car with the structure comprises an evaporator(400), a condenser(200), a compression part(300) and a BLDC motor for an evaporator. The evaporator, the condenser and a compression part are integrally formed. The BLDC motor for an evaporator is installed on an evaporator fan of an evaporator. The BLDC motor for a condenser is installed on a condenser fan. The controller is connected to the BLDC motors.
