PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light guiding plate is provided to use atmospheric pressure plasma and activates a surface of a transparent member, thereby the attachment characteristic of a dot pattern is excellent. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate is loaded(S100). A protective film is peeled(S200). By processing the transparent surface and activating it(S300). By using the UV hardening type paint on a surface of the transparent member, which surface is activated, forms a light guiding pattern(S400). |
