PURPOSE: The method for the up-link scheduling in the OFDM communications system and apparatus thereof replaces the allocation of the bandwidth about the bandwidth allocation request of the first range of size with the allocation of the bandwidth about the bandwidth allocation request which is not allocated of the second range of size. CONSTITUTION: The communications system(200) comprises a plurality of mobile stations. The communications system more includes the RAN(Radio Access Network)(220) offering the communications service through the air inter face to the user equipment. RAN comprises each mobile station and one or more transceivers which wirelessly communicates. |
