PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus and a displaying apparatus using the same as light source are provided to improve the brightness uniformity by corresponding at least one crossing region of cathode electrodes and gate electrodes to one pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(12) opposites to a second substrate(14). A vacuum region is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. Cathode electrodes(22) are formed on one side of the first substrate. Electron emitting parts(201, 202) are in connection with the cathode electrodes. Gate electrodes(26) crosses over cathode electrodes. An insulating layer is arranged between the gate electrodes and the cathode electrodes. A light emitting part(18) emitting visible light is arranged on one side of the second substrate.
