PURPOSE: A hand-held splint pack is provided, which prevents hardening solution from being exposed outside by preventing a sealing part from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held splint pack comprises: a splint(20) for a bone-fracture patient; a first receiving member(30) in which a first receiving space is prepared; a second receiving member(40) dividing the first receiving space in order to prepare a second accommodation space receiving hardening solution which hardens a splint received in the first receiving space; an opening and closing member(50) which is integrally formed in the second receiving member; and a wire member connected to the opening and closing member.
