A BACTERIUM SALMONELLA EXPRESSING SWINE INTERLEUKIN 18 PROTEIN AND COMPOSITION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A Salmonella strain expressing swine interleukin-18(swlL-18) is provided to ensure quick resistance to various viral and bacterial infections. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Salmonella strain is transformed by swine interleukin-18(swlL-18) gene expression vector. The swlL-18 comprises a base sequence of sequence number 1. The expression vector is pYA3493(swIL-18). The attenuated Salmonella strain is aspartate beta-semialdehyde dehydrogenase(Asd) gene-deficient Salmonella typhimurium strain. A composition for enhancing resistance to contagium infection contains the Salmonella strain. The composition is used in feed additive for oral administration.
