PURPOSE: A crop cutting apparatus for a packing machine to control bale load is provided to prevent damage to a cutting blade by preventing excessive load on a crop cutting device. CONSTITUTION: A crop cutting apparatus(100) for a packing machine comprises a pair of body flanges(101), a pair of wheel flanges(103), and a pair of shared pressure cylinders(105). The body flanges are fixed to the packing machine body. The wheel flanges are formed on a pair of body flanges. The large flow pressure cylinder rotates the wheel flanges on the body flanges. The multiple cutting blades(107) are installed on a pair of wheel flanges. The multiple cutting blades move, respectively.
