PURPOSE: A laver roaster with a heating plate formed with quartz porphyry is provided to easily remove waste oil, waste salt, and laver parts falling from laver while roasting. CONSTITUTION: A laver roaster comprises the following: a heating plate(30) formed with quartz porphyry and installed on the upper side of a conveyor(20) to transfer laver, including a heater; a falling object receiving plate(40) collecting waste seasoning and laver parts falling from the laver being transferred by the conveyor; a cylinder type actuator(50) lifting either the conveyor or the falling object receiving plate to control the separation distance between the conveyor and the falling object receiving plate; a steamer(70) removing the waste seasoning and the laver parts from the conveyor; and a guide rod(60) and a guide frame(62) guiding the elevation of the conveyor. |
