PURPOSE: A probiotics containing Sporolactobacillus vineae SL153 cell line is provided to ensure excellent adsorption ability and to suppress pathogenic microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A probiotics contains Sporolactobacillus vineae SL153 cell line(deposit number: KCTC 11493BP), supernatant of the culture or antibacterial metabolite thereof as active ingredients. The probiotics suppresses pathogenic microorganism of Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio fluvialis, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Aeromonas bivalvium, or Listonella anguillarum. A composition for removing intestinal flora contains Sporolactobacillus vineae SL153, supernatant of the culture, or antibacterial metabolite thereof as active ingredients.
