PURPOSE: A portable security device having and information transmission function and an image recording function and a security system using the same are provided to rapidly transmit the information including a neighboring image and location information of a user to remote side as using a connection terminal to local distance as a intermediation. CONSTITUTION: A GPS(Global Positioning System) module(11) computes the location information. A DVR(Digital Video Recorder) module(17) stores the photographed image. According to the preset time cycle, a control module(15) controls the transmission of the location information to the external side. If an emergency signal is inputted, the control module controls the transmission of information including the location information and the image to the external side. As using a preset interworking terminal as a intermediation, a location wireless communication module transmits the information.
