PURPOSE: A packaging box with a double fixing structure is provided to have more rigid fixing structure by opening the box through the releasing of a handle which is installed at the both ends of a cover unit. CONSTITUTION: A packaging box with a double fixing structure comprises a body floor unit(10), a first sidewall unit(20), a sidewall fixing unit, a sidewall fixing ring(30), a sidewall opening handle unit(31), a second sidewall unit(40), an upper inclination unit(50), a cover unit(60), a carriage handle unit(70), a first auxiliary sidewall unit(80), and a second auxiliary sidewall supporting unit(90). The body unit is formed in a rectangular shape, and has two sidewall fixing hole(11). The sidewall fixing ring is bent from the both ends of the first sidewall unit. The cover unit is bent from the upper inclination unit and is connected to the end of the upper inclination unit.
