PURPOSE: A guide jig cylinder with an internal shock-absorbing device is provided to absorb the impact from the repeated contact between a bracket and a glass and prevent the leakage of particles generated in a piston. CONSTITUTION: A guide jig cylinder with an internal shock-absorbing device comprises a cylinder tube(12), a piston, a piston rod(16), a plate(18) and an impact reduction part(40). A pair of air ports is installed in the cylinder tube. The piston acts in the cylinder tube as the air is provided through the air port. One end of the piston rod is connected to the piston and is expanded toward the outside of the cylinder tube. The plate is attached to one side of the piston rod. The bracket supporting the glass substrate is installed on the plate.
