PLANT STEM CELL DERIVED FROM CAMBIUM OF FAMILY ASTERACEAE AND METHOD OF ISOLATING AND CULTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for isolating and culturing family Asteraceae cambium-derived stem cells is provided to stably culture a large amount of stem cells and to suppress COX-2 gene expression. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating family Asteraceae cambium-derived stem cells comprises: a step of preparing cambium-containing tissue from family Asteraceae plant; a step of culturing the tissue in a medium; and a step of isolating cells from cambium. The family Asteraceae is genus Artemisia or genus Chrysanthemum. A composition for anti-inflammation contains genus Chrysanthemum cambium-derived stem cell, extract, crushed product or culture thereof.
