PURPOSE: A specimen cutting device for rolled products, which can manufacture a work piece having the length required for inspection, is provided to cut rolled products in fixed length using first and second cutting blades. CONSTITUTION: A specimen cutting device for rolled products comprises first and second cutting blades(32,34), a driving part, a base(10) and a fixing part. The second cutting blade is installed on the first cutting blade. The driving part simultaneously rotates the first and second cutting blades. The driving part is installed on the base. The fixing part is installed to slide on the base. The fixing part fixes objects.
