PURPOSE: An electric shock alarming device for a switch board is provided to prevent an electric shock accident due to careless access. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(104) senses an access distance of an object, senses the movement of the object, and outputs the sensing and movement information of the object. A main control unit(114) determines the alarm generation based on the movement information and produces the access distance between the object and the electric shock alarming device for a switch board based on the object sensing information. The main control unit generates differential alarm according to the produced access distance.
