PURPOSE: A light guiding plate laser processing device reducing particles is provided to have constant inhalation efficiency irrelevant to transfer distance of a laser examining unit because a configuration for particle inhalation in a laser examining unit, which is transferred straightly back and forth, is combined and transfers with the laser examining unit. CONSTITUTION: A laser vibration unit generates a laser beam. The laser vibration unit is fixed and installed to a frame. A laser examining unit forms previously determined pattern to a light guiding plate, which is a target for processing, by the laser beam. A jet guide(800) is inhaled to a through-hole(610) of a intake duct(600).
