TUYERE DEVICE FOR FURNACE

PURPOSE: A tuyere device for a furnace is provided to improve the durability of a stopper part by fixing a support to the exterior of a furnace without welding. CONSTITUTION: A tuyere device for a furnace comprises a tuyere part(20) and a stopper part(30). The tuyere part is inserted in a mounting hole(12) of a furnace(10) and guides hot air to the inside of the furnace. One side of the stopper part is located close to the tuyere part while the other side is fixed to the exterior of the furnace. The tuyere part comprises a large tuyere(22) which is inserted in the mounting hole and connected to a blow pipe(16) and a small tuyere(24) which protrudes into the furnace from the inside of the large tuyere. The stopper part comprises a supporter(32) and a fixing unit(38). One side of the supporter is located close to the tuyere part while the other side is bent to be close to the exterior of the furnace. The fixing unit fixes the other side of the supporter to the exterior of the furnace.
