PURPOSE: A method for refining clean steel with low carbon is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the amount of aluminum and to improve cleanness by eliminating alumina inclusions. CONSTITUTION: A method for refining clean steel with low carbon is as follows. Steel is decarbonized. Si and Mn are put into the decarbonized steel, and the steel is deoxidized. A molten steel reflux is performed by blowing air. After the molten steel reflux, dissolved oxygen is measured, and the amount of Al required for decarburization is calculated. Al is put into the steel based on the calculated amount of Al. |
