PURPOSE: A ginseng complex composition which enhances the bioavailability of saponin is provided to improve the physiological activity of ginseng saponin. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng complex composition for enhancing the bioavailability of saponiin contains Schisandra chinensis extract or Liriope platyphylla extract and ginseng extract containing saponin. The ginseng extract is ginseng fruit extract. The saponin is ginsenoside Re. A composition for enhancing the bioavailability of saponin contains Schisandra chinensis extract or Liriope platyphylla extract as an active ingredient.
