RADIATION IMAGE SENSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A radiation image sensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the cracking of a thermosetting adhesive by hardening the thermosetting adhesive while controlling viscosity when bonding a scintillator panel and TFT(Thin Film Transistor) panel. CONSTITUTION: The viscosity of a thermosetting adhesive is controlled to be over 2,000 cps. A glue layer(11) is formed on a TFT panel(10) on which the photoelectric conversion element is formed. A side on which the glue layer of the TFT panel is formed is attached to a scintillator panel(12). The TFT panel and the scintillator panel are welded by hardening the thermosetting adhesive.
