A vegetable slicer comprises a tank, a disk with cuts, on the surface of which knives with a blade of a tooth-like shape, a drive with a vertical rotary shaft, on which a disk is immovably fixed, a container for collecting the sliced mass are mounted in guides. A flat cam is immovably fixed on an immovable horizontal axle, on which on bearings a movable unit is mounted. Said unit comprises a driving bushing, to which the disk with cuts is immovably fixed. On surface thereof knives with blades of a tooth-like shape are fixed. Each of the knives is connected to the spring fixed to the disk. |
