FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of spent fuel regeneration has stage of spent fuel dissolution in solution of nitric acid, stage of electrolysis/control of valency, with recovery of Pu to trivalent condition and preservation of pentavalent condition of Np, stage of uranium extraction with accumulation of UO2 by means of fuel contact with organic solvent and extraction of hexavalent uranium with the help of extracting agent; stage of deposition with oxalic acid, resulting in joint deposition of secondary actinides and products of fission remained in solution of nitric acid, in the form of oxalate residue; stage of chlorination with conversion of oxalate residue into chlorides by addition of hydrochloric acid to oxalate residue; stage of dehydration with production of synthetic waterless chlorides by means of chlorides dehydration in flow of gaseous argon; and stage of electrolysis in melt of salts with dissolution of waterless chlorides in melted salt and accumulation of uranium, plutonium and secondary actinides on cathode as a result of electrolysis. ^ EFFECT: high reliability of nuclear materials non-dissolution. ^ 10 cl |
