FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce silanes of general formula HnSiCl4-n where n=1, 2, 3 and/or 4 through dismutation of at least one relatively high chlorinated silane in the presence of a catalyst. The device consists of at least one distillation column 1, having one plate 4 with a socket piece, and one lateral reactor 2 with a catalyst layer 3 connected to the distillation column 1 through three pipes 5, 6, 7. The point of connection of the pipe 5 to the distillation column 1 for outlet of condensate from plate 4, 4.1 with a socket piece is at a higher level that the upper edge of the catalyst layer 3, 3.1 or 3.2. The pipe 6 for outlet of the liquid phase from the lateral reactor 2 enters the distillation column 1 lower than plate 4 with a socket piece. A hole 6, 6.1 is a lower level than the upper edge of the catalyst layer 3, 3.1 or 3.2. The pipe 7 for outlet of the gas phase from the connected lateral reactor 2 enters 7.1 the distillation column 1 higher than the level 4.1 of the plate 4 with a socket piece. Silanes are obtained at temperature between -120 and 180C and absolute pressure from 0.1 to 30 bars. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to obtain silanes using reactors and distillation columns. ^ 19 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl |
