FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used to produce high-quality biologically active supplement (BAS) used for direct consumption as a preventive measure or for development of functional food products. BAS to food having antitoxic properties consists of powder produced from above-ground part of purple coneflower by means of its preliminary defatting by carbon dioxide at the temperature of 20-25C and pressure of 6-7 MPa.
