摘要

Method for ultrasonic measurement of thickness of multi-layer materials and articles includes formation of acoustic sounding radio-pulse signal, its introduction to object, determination of its thickness by delay time of signal and known velocity of propagation. One measures instantaneous frequency of received signal. Delay in propagation of signal in the object of control one determines by time position of jump of instantaneous frequency at instant of superposition of sounding and bottom signals.
