A method for making a food product of therapeutic effect on the basis of germinated grain, in which for germinating grains of wheat, rye and other cereals, seeds of sunflower, pumpkin, buckwheat, lentils, soybeans or other plants are used. Said seeds gain therapeutic properties, while germinating, due to synthesis of micronutrients, vitamins and amino acids, , and the grain mixture is obtained from at least two species of germinated cereals, the composition and proportions of which are selected depending on the fact for therapy/prevention of which disease the product will be used. |
