摘要 A method for synthesis of new nanomaterials - nanoparticles of metal-oxygen system by electron beam evaporation and condensation in vacuum, including simultaneous heating and evaporation in a vacuum chamber of solid source material - metals and their alloys, and a solid carrier - chlorides of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, boron oxide, sodium metaborate and mixtures thereof, from at least two separate containers, mixing the steam flows of source material and carrier, deposition in the condensation area of mixed steam flow on the substrate with fixation of nanoparticles of source material on the substrate by material of hardening carrier, and formation of condensate of nanoparticles in the carrier. In the case the temperature of substrate is set and maintained within the range of formation of micro- and nano-sized structure of porous carrier material less than 0.5 of its melting temperature, and as a result the condensate of nanoparticles is obtained in micro-and nano-sized porous structure of carrier material which have an open surface, dosed supply is carried out of oxygen or oxygen-containing gases, vapours and their mixtures in the condensation area after the process or during the process of deposition of condensate on the substrate, due to physico-chemical interaction of open surface of nanoparticles with oxygen the chemical composition of source material of nanoparticles recorded in micro-and nano-sized porous structure of carrier material is changed and the nano-particles metal-oxygen of a given composition are obtained..
