Adhesives based on silane terminated-isocyanate

Adhesive or coating agent based on silane terminal polymer from isocyanate, comprises (a) one or more silane having at least a hydrolyzable residue and at least a substituent with a counter isocyanate reactive group e.g. amino; and (b) one or more further components comprising (b1) aliphatic/aromatic/araliphatic polyisocyanate, which together with isocyanate group forms a cyclic structure, (b2) aliphatic (preferred)/aromatic/araliphatic polyisocyanate having e.g. biuret type-structure, and (b3) a prepolymer. Adhesive or coating agent based on silane terminal polymer from isocyanate, comprises (a) one or more silane having at least a hydrolyzable residue and at least a substituent with a counter isocyanate reactive (functional) group comprising amino, sec.amino, mercapto, epoxy, isocyanato or anhydride, as a substituent, as first component; and (b) one or more further components comprising (b1) aliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic polyisocyanate, which together with isocyanate group forms a cyclic structure, where the polyisocyanate has: a viscosity of greater than 15000 mPas at 23[deg] C and a free isocyanate monomer concentration of = 2, preferably 0.5 wt.%; (b2) aliphatic (preferred), aromatic or araliphatic polyisocyanate having biuret-, allophanate- or carbodiimide-type-structures, a viscosity of greater than 5000 mPas at 23[deg] C and a free isocyanate monomer concentration of = 2, preferably of 0.5 wt.%, and (b3) a prepolymer with a viscosity of = 60000 mPas at 23[deg] C, which is obtained by reacting of (b1) and/or (b2) with at least two counter isocyanate reactive group. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the adhesive or coating agent comprising mixing the components (a) and (b).
