The invention relates to area of measuring engineering and metrology, in particular to devices for calibration and check of flow rate meters and gas meters and can be used for check of household gas meters with elements of temperature compensation. Installation for check of household gas meters with elements of temperature compensation that includes vessel with pressure transformer with compressed working medium and ventilator placed I the inner cavity and thermo-transformer, this is connected to source of working medium through dehumidifier with possibility of use of air of natural gas by means of line for supply of working medium, test section equipped with controller of flow rate, pressure controller, radiator, ventilator, pressure transformer and thermo-transformers to which tested device (devices) is connected, besides that installation is equipped with shutoff valves, control-measuring equipment and computer with normalization transformers and executive mechanisms, at that installation is additionally equipped with thermo-insulated chamber with thermo-provision equipment in which testing section is placed, with connected to it tested device(s), it has controller of flow rate, thermo-transformer and coil connected to thermo-provision equipment, this includes pump, heat exchanger, cooling and heating apparatuses that are placed after thermo-insulated chamber, besides that after thermo-insulated chamber there are placed pressure transformers that are connected to places of pressure measurement at inlet and outlet of tested device(s) , at that installation is additionally equipped with device for reading from tested device(s) and transformer of pressure drop on each tested device, those are matched to computer, and computer that is additionally equipped with normalization transformers and executive mechanisms for control of frequency of rotation of ventilator and pump depending on time of thermo-insulated chamber coming to given temperature mode. The invention provides increase of accuracy of check of tested household meters to elements of temperature compensation at given temperature modes. |
