The assembly (10) has a pressing plate (14) rotatable with a housing (12) around a rotational axis (A). A compensation damping spring (36) is supported with respect to the housing and a force storage unit (16) designed as a diaphragm spring, and is frictionally movable during execution of an actuation process with respect to a component supporting the damping spring. Frictional resistance developed during an engaging-actuation process is different from frictional resistance developed during a disengaging-actuation process. The damping spring is designed as a plate or diaphragm spring.
