METHOD FOR TACTICS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ISCHEMIA OF LOWER LIMBS WITH CONCOMITANT ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

A method for the tactics of the surgical treatment of the chronic ischemia of the lower limbs with concomitant ischemic heart disease provides for the assessment of the risk of the cardiac complications and the stage of the circulation insufficiency of the lower limbs. The extent of the reconstructive surgery should be also assessed beforehand. The reserves of cardiovascular system are examines. The general preoperative vital parameters of the patient are assessed. The risks of the cardiac complications and the stage of the circulation insufficiency of the lower limbs are assessed with the aid of the logistic regression analysis. Their mutual exaggeration is estimated on an individual basis. The tactics of the treatment is considered according to the results of the examinations stated above. When the risk of the cardiac complications is low, the revascularization of the lower limbs is performed with the concomitant measures aimed at heart protections. When the risk of the cardiac complications is high or moderate, coronaventriculography is performed. The following treatment is considered according to the results of coronaventriculography.
