VITAMINIZED SQUALENE-CONTAINING FOOD FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT

A vitaminized squalene-containing functional food product consists of a mixture of vegetable oils. It comprises a mixture of refined soya oil (50-80 wt. %), amaranth oil (5-15 wt. %), nonrefined sesame oil (5-15 wt. %) as the vegetable oil base and-carotene in concentration of 0.010-0.020 % from the volume of oil base. A ratio of the polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-6 and omega- the base is (9:1)-(10:1).
