PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to prevent the indoor space from becoming excessively cooled and dried by controlling the temperatures of the cold water and the cold air. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a handling unit and a chiller. The handling unit comprises ventilation fans(27,28), a heat exchanger(40), and a temperature sensor(46). The ventilation fan supplies the mixed air of the indoor air and the outdoor air to the indoor space. The heat exchanger heat-exchanges the mixed air sent by the ventilation fan with the cold water. The chiller comprises a compressor(51), a condenser(52), an expanding unit(53) and an evaporator(54), the evaporator is connected to the heat exchanger through a water pipe and the cold water is provided to the heat exchanger. The chiller communicates with the air handling unit, establishes the temperature of the cold water provided from the evaporator to the heat exchanger according to the result sensed by the temperature sensor and varies the operation capacity of the compressor according to the established temperature of the cold water. |
