PURPOSE: A method for making frozen noodles which are reconstituted concurrently with thawing is provided to enable a user to promptly and conveniently cook a noodle by rapidly thawing the frozen noodles. CONSTITUTION: A raw material is ripened after dough, and the dough is pressed and cut. The cut plane is manufacture into cooked noodles through the heating process at 100-160°C. The cooked noodles are frozen within 10 minutes by using a freezing/refrigerating device. The cooked noodles are sealed and kept below -18°C. The freezing operation is performed at -45°C to -70°C for 3-12 hours. |
