PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing rice cake for cooking tokbokki is provided to improve the quality and taste of rice cake for tokbokki. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the rice cake for the freezing broiled dish of sliced rice cake comprises the next steps: a step that manufactures the raw material and that mixes and kneaded; a step of accustoming to the steam flux of 100°C kneading; a step for cutting the rice cake in a constant size; a step to freeze the rice cake within 10 minutes; a step that the frozen rice cake is packed, frozen and stores in -18 degree Celsius or less. |
