Fuel recycling apparatuses (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) and fuel cell systems (100, 100a, 100b) using the same are provided. The fluid recycling apparatus includes a porous member (11, 11a, 11b) having first and second ends, a first electrode (13a) coupled to the first end of the porous member, a second electrode (13b) coupled to the second end of the porous member, and a power supplier (14) for applying a constant voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode. The porous member (11, 11a, 11b) moves a liquid from the first end of the porous member to the second end of porous member and discharges a gas under the voltage applied by the power supplier. |
