PURPOSE: A blind plate installation structure in a construction site is provided to reduce installation times, man power, and cost of a blind plate by the reduction in the number of scaffolding rods. CONSTITUTION: Several scaffolding rods are horizontally connected and fixed to an H-beam, vertically fixed between a construction site and a sidewalk, to become at vertical regular intervals. Several panels made of bent metal plates are coupled with the front part of the scaffolding rod side by side. Adjacent right and left panels are simultaneously clamped by multiple clamps(30) coupled with each scaffolding rod.
