A device for low-inertia layout of a thread per a package with given parameters contains a mechanism for moving the thread feeder having an arrangement for its rotation, which is made in the form of a pulley mounted with possibility of rotation around the thread guiding funnel rigidly fixed on a bracket attached to the arrangement for moving the thread feeder along and perpendicularly to the axis of its rotation at a distance from a bobbin holder having a mechanism for its movement relative the thread feeder, which consists of an arrangement for rotating cartridges set therein and arrangement to move it along the axis of rotation of cartridges made in the form of a threaded shaft. The arrangement for moving the thread feeder along the axis of its rotation is made in the form of a metal rail that is connected to a nut of screw-nut connection, which is installed on the screw that is connected to an electric motor and is rotatable.
